Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a newly formed theatre company. From 2014 to 2019, she served as artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company. Also, she was the producer and costume/set designer as well as a composer/musician, text coach and composition instructor for SSC during her time as its Artistic Director. The last year of her tenure, she was a lighting designer and director in SSC's production of King Lear. She had been the director of the ensemble, however in the year that she made her directorial debut. In addition to acting, she has been involved in a variety of game series. Daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised along with two other siblings in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School was where she took classes and played soccer. She briefly studied at Pomona College. Post had previously been married the wedding to Stephen Knox. From 1982, she's been married to actor cum writer Michael A. Ross with who she has two daughters. Post an amazing actress, as well as a wonderful wife and mother she is an inspiration to many Hollywood stars.
