Ashley Graham, born in Lincoln Nebraska. The twin sisters raised together, and she was regularly bullied at school because of the size of her legs. Graham was diagnosed as having ADHD shortly following her graduation from elementary school. Graham was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (A.D.H.D.) shortly after she had completed elementary school. Graham, then 12 years young, was spotted by a Nebraska talent agent who was working in the Nebraska mall. Before graduating in 2005 at Lincoln Southwest High School (now Lincoln Southwest High School) Graham had modeled on various billboards and magazines. In the early days of her modelling career, she had difficulty finding jobs because her body was so unusual. Graham was offered to appear on catalogs for several years however, she was not told her career would progress beyond those simple tasks. However, she managed to show that session casters were wrong, and her career progressed rapidly. Sally Singer, the editor of "Vogue" interviewed her in 2007. It was her debut big success. The year 2009 was the first time she was featured in the "Glamour Magazine" article "These Bodies are Beautiful at any size". Graham appeared in the news again in 2009 when she appeared in the controversy-making Lane Bryant commercial that ultimately was banned across the globe. When the advertisement was pulled from YouTube the video had already been watched by more than 800,000. The singer even appeared on "The Tonight Show" together with Jay Leno to address the topic when it spiraled into a tizzy. Graham rapidly gained fame, and today is considered to be one of the top American model models of the plus size category. Grande started performing and singing when she was a teenager. In 2008, Grande got a part on The Broadway show 13 before she began to appear in TV roles of a smaller size. Her first major break in 2010 by appearing on Nickelodeon's TV show Victorious.
