Angie Harmon was an American actress/model who has worked in a variety of films and television shows. She was originally a professional actress and model. But, once she became popular internationally, she decided to act. The beginning of her acting career came in 1995 when she starred on the TV series "Baywatch Nights". In addition, she voice-acts as well as voice-overs for the animated film "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". Harmon was able to focus on film around the time of 2000. She then ceased working on the TV shows. She returned to TV after having appeared in several films. She was among few actors who posed discreetly nude for 'Allure' magazine in the year 2008. Her main work is as detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. In her role as Detective Jane Rizzoli, she's been well-received and received accolades. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her excellent performances, but has not won any awards.
